This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt “Practitioner Level” training course equips you with the skills necessary to implement business improvement projects, either as part of your everyday job role or through regularly leading Green Belt improvement projects for your organisation.
The course sets out with an integrative framework following the disciplined DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control) roadmap. Participants learn to collect and analyse performance data, identify inefficiencies and problems, pinpoint the root causes of those problems and develop and select new ways to greatly improve processes. They also obtain skills in leading teams through the process of change.
This course has an applied focus on practice not theory. Game Change Instructors are highly experienced and certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt’s, using their extensive industry experience to convey classroom based instruction and concepts to applied knowledge in an engaging manner. In the classroom, instructors also vigorously challenge participants to stretch themselves to evaluate learning outcomes in the context of their markets, operations, organizations and technologies, and support them in this regard, so they can extract the most value from the learning experience.
Interactive lectures, group case study exercises, simulations and the application of learning to a real improvement project during the course are designed to ensure a practical understanding of systemically selecting and applying appropriate tools and techniques.
